3 Natives Delivers Healthy Food Without Compromise

Bold Flavors, Fresh Ingredients and a Whole Lot of Heart: Why 3 Natives Is Changing the Way We Think About Clean Eating.

June 23rd, 2025

Healthy food has a reputation for being bland, but 3 Natives flips that script with bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a vibrant energy that keeps people coming back for more. Blending wellness with creativity, this spot proves that nutritious choices don’t have to sacrifice taste—or fun. With smoothie names that pack a punch and wraps that deliver unexpected flavor combinations, every visit feels like a celebration of clean eating done right.

Owned by the passionate couple Elizabeth Quinones and Carlos Santiago, who run the Royal Palm Beach location of the growing 3 Natives franchise, this local gem is as much about fresh food as it is about fresh perspectives. Carlos brings over two decades of culinary experience, while Elizabeth’s healthcare background gives her a strong appreciation for the nutritional value behind every menu item. Together, they were drawn to 3 Natives not just for its food, but for its lifestyle, one rooted in balance, intention and community. Carlos, who is diabetic, and Elizabeth, in remission from a health condition since 2013, now use this platform to promote health-conscious choices and give back, especially to local youth and schools.

Walking into 3 Natives feels like stepping into a clean, beachy lounge. It’s airy, open and casually inviting. Think Caribbean breeze meets a modern wellness bar. You’re greeted with laid-back seating, bar-style counters, and playful extras like Jenga and oversized Uno cards, a nice nod to its inclusive, family-forward environment.

The menu is a colorful parade of options. Smoothies, cold pressed juices, açaí bowls, wraps, bagels, salads, breakfast burritos and coffee are all made fresh every single day. Nothing is frozen. There are no artificial sugars. As Carlos proudly put it, “Every product we serve the community is made fresh every day.” The sweetness in their smoothies comes only from real fruit, primarily bananas.

I started with the Berry Natural Smoothie, a luscious blend of banana, açaí, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and coconut water. I added peanut butter for a protein boost and was instantly hooked. Creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced, it hit all the right notes. The Going Green Smoothie, made with banana, pineapple, kiwi, kale and coconut water, was light and refreshing with a clean, tropical finish that felt like sipping on wellness itself.

However, the real flavor fireworks came from the two newest menu stars. First up, the Tajín Mango Bowl, a vibrant mix of sweet and tangy that dances on your taste buds. Built on 3 Natives’ first-ever mango base and topped with kiwi, pineapple, coconut shavings, granola, honey and a zesty dusting of Tajín, this bowl is pure sunshine in a cup. According to Carlos, it delivers “an amazing outburst of flavors,” and he’s absolutely right.

Next is the island-inspired Spicy Jerk Chicken Wrap, a bold and juicy creation featuring grilled chicken, spinach, pineapple, carrot, purple cabbage, house-made pico de gallo, and a smoky BBQ jerk dressing that hits just the right level of heat. As Carlos said with a smile, “You’re not going to be in tears eating it, but you are going to be amazed by the flavor.”

Hungry for more, I wrapped things up (literally) with the Hot Chix Wrap, stuffed with grilled chicken breast, spinach, cucumber, and carrot, all tied together with a tangy buffalo blue cheese dressing. It’s the kind of bite that feels indulgent without any guilt, just hot, hearty and totally crave-worthy.

Though part of a growing franchise, 3 Natives encourages its locations to provide input. New ideas are shared across more than 50 stores, and feedback from customers directly influences what gets added next. This location also offers plenty of vegetarian and vegan options like the Veg Head Wrap and their house made hummus, both popular with plant-based eaters.

What sets this spot apart isn’t just the menu, it’s the mission. “We want people to leave here knowing there is a healthy choice out there,” said Carlos. And that healthy choice just happens to taste amazing.

Whether you’re powering up after the gym, grabbing lunch on the go, or simply looking for something delicious and fresh, 3 Natives makes it easy to eat clean and feel great. With this kind of energy and heart, it’s clear that at 3 Natives, the good vibes are always on the menu.

Arc Culinary Where Every Bite Gives Back

This intimate chef-driven tasting experience in Broward blends elevated cuisine, live culinary artistry, and a mission that transforms lives.

June 20th, 2026

Not every memorable night out in South Florida happens at the trendiest Miami hotspot or the newest Fort Lauderdale restaurant. Sometimes, the most unforgettable dining experiences are hidden in places you’d least expect.

Arc Broward’s Arc Culinary is one of those rare gems.

More than just a dinner reservation, Arc Culinary delivers an immersive chef’s table experience where guests enjoy thoughtfully curated multi-course meals while watching talented chefs prepare and present each dish right in front of them. The result feels part fine dining, part live performance, and entirely unforgettable.

With limited seating and rotating themed menus, every event feels exclusive like being invited to an intimate dinner party hosted by some of South Florida’s most passionate culinary talent.

The real magic begins once the first course arrives.

At Arc Culinary, dinner becomes an experience. Instead of dishes quietly appearing from behind kitchen doors, guests get a front-row seat to the craftsmanship behind every plate. Watching the chefs work adds a level of connection and appreciation that transforms the meal into something far more interactive and personal.

For its recent Fresh SoFlo Summer Flavors dinner, Arc Culinary showcased a four-course tasting menu celebrating seasonal Florida ingredients with elevated technique and thoughtful presentation.

The evening began with a refreshing Florida blue crab starter served with avocado, ruby red grapefruit, hearts of palm, and a bright key lime vinaigrette. Light, citrusy, and beautifully balanced, it captured South Florida summer on a plate.

Course two brought a stunning pan-seared Florida snapper, perfectly crisp on the outside and paired with sweet corn purée and blistered cherry tomatoes. The standout element, however, was the sauce. A swap to miso chili oil added layers of umami, subtle spice, and richness that completely elevated the dish. It was one of those bites that makes the entire table pause.

The third course featured a beautifully cooked grilled filet mignon, served with roasted summer peppers, shaved fennel, arugula, and key lime chimichurri. Rich yet balanced, it delivered the kind of bold, satisfying flavor you hope for in a main course.

Dessert ended the evening on a classic South Florida note: a stunning key lime tart that was equal parts creamy, tart, and sweet.

While the food alone makes Arc Culinary worth visiting, what makes the experience truly special lies beyond the plate.

Founded in 1956, Arc Broward has spent nearly seven decades serving individuals with developmental disabilities and life challenges throughout Broward County. The nonprofit supports individuals from ages 1 to 91, offering programs that include education, employment services, behavioral health support, residential programs, and family resources.

Arc Culinary operates as one of Arc Broward’s most innovative social enterprises, using food as both a source of funding and a pathway to opportunity.

Proceeds from dinners, private events, catering, and culinary programming directly support Arc Broward’s life-changing services while also helping create hands-on training and workforce opportunities in hospitality and culinary arts for individuals with special needs.

In other words, this isn’t just dinner.

It’s a chance to support inclusion, independence, and meaningful opportunity—all while enjoying an exceptional meal.

That’s what makes Arc Culinary so special: you come for the chef-driven menu, the intimate atmosphere, and the creative flavors, but you leave with something deeper.

In a region filled with restaurants competing for attention, Arc Culinary offers something increasingly rare a dining experience that feels personal, purposeful, and genuinely impactful.

Because at Arc Culinary, every course tells a story and every bite gives back.
