Where There’s a Brie, There’s a Way: How Graze Craze Boca Raton is Revolutionizing Charcuterie with Artistry and Passion.

January 22nd, 2025

Graze Craze Boca Raton is redefining charcuterie in South Florida, offering a fresh, handcrafted approach to grazing boards under the leadership of Cindee Conner. As a retired U.S. Air Force lieutenant colonel and former registered nurse, Cindee’s journey into entrepreneurship is a natural extension of her passion for hospitality, high-quality food, and community engagement. Her store at 1820 N. Dixie Highway is more than just a place to pick up beautifully arranged charcuterie—it’s a space where people can connect, learn, and celebrate life’s special moments.

Since 2020 Graze Craze has rapidly expanded to nearly 90 locations nationwide, each offering a meticulously curated menu of charcuterie boards, boxes, and more. Cindee found a deep connection with the franchise’s mission, blending her military discipline with her love for food presentation. She takes pride in offering fully customizable boards to accommodate various dietary preferences, including keto, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Whether it’s an intimate date night, a corporate event, or a Super Bowl party, Graze Craze Boca Raton ensures each board is crafted with precision and care.

The store’s menu features an impressive variety of options to suit any palate. The Gone Grazey  board, a popular choice, offers a balanced mix of premium meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, vegetables, and house-made dips and jams. The Brunch Board, Cindee’s personal favorite, provides a morning-friendly alternative to traditional bagels and donuts, featuring breakfast meats, eggs, pastries, and fresh fruit. Other highlights include The Grazey For Keto board for low-carb enthusiasts, the Vegegrazian board packed with gourmet cheeses and fresh produce, and The Sweet & Grazey board, a dessert-inspired spread with homemade cookies and fresh fruit. The Game Day Board, a football-shaped fan favorite, is packed with extra meats and cheeses, making it a must-have for sports watch parties.

Beyond its diverse offerings, Graze Craze Boca Raton emphasizes sustainability and local sourcing. Cindee partners with local vendors to ensure the highest quality meats and cheeses, while seasonal boards feature fresh produce sourced from nearby farmers’ markets. The store also composts leftover fruits and vegetables, donating them to a veteran-run farm in Delray Beach, where they receive fresh honeycomb in return—an ingredient Cindee thoughtfully incorporates into her boards.

What truly sets Cindee’s Graze Craze location apart is its commitment to being more than just a grab-and-go establishment. Unlike other locations, her Boca Raton store is designed as a welcoming space for community gatherings, workshops, and events. Monthly charcuterie-making classes bring people together to learn the art of food styling, with special events tailored to different audiences. Couples can enjoy a hands-on Valentine’s Day experience, while kids get to craft their own charcuterie cups and boxes during spring break. Later this year, the store will launch wine-pairing events, teaching guests how to complement fine cheeses and meats with the perfect wines. Additionally, Graze Craze offers mobile workshops for corporate team-building events, schools, and apartment complexes, spreading the joy of charcuterie to an even wider audience.

Cindee’s dedication to service extends beyond her store, as she remains deeply involved in the local community. As a veteran, she actively supports first responders, healthcare providers, and fellow service members, partnering with organizations like the Broward Vetworking Organization and the Wounded Veteran Relief Fund. She’s also a member of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, BNI Business Exchange, and FemCity, continuously seeking ways to uplift others through her business.

Graze Craze Boca Raton is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with special event pickups available on Sundays. Orders are available for pickup or local delivery, with turnaround times as quick as two hours for individual boards and 24 to 48 hours for larger catering requests. For more information, upcoming events, and the latest offerings, visit Graze Craze Boca Raton’s website or follow them on Instagram and Facebook.

With its commitment to high-quality ingredients, sustainability, and community engagement, Graze Craze Boca Raton is more than just a charcuterie shop—it’s a place where food meets artistry, where people come together to learn and celebrate, and where every board tells a story. Whether you’re looking for a show-stopping spread for an event or simply want to experience the joy of grazing, Cindee and her team are ready to welcome you with a board as memorable as the occasion itself.
