Elisabetta’s Ristorante – REVIEW

Savor the Flavors of Italy at Elisabetta’s: A Culinary Journey Like No Other.

January 19th, 2021

Elisabetta’s, part of the renowned Big Time Restaurant Group, has quickly gained popularity in West Palm Beach, and it’s easy to see why.

One of the standout features of Elisabetta’s is their commitment to crafting everything in-house. Chef Lisabet Summa’s vision of creating authentic Italian cuisine led to the decision of making their own ingredients and processing them on the premises. This dedication to quality and craftsmanship sets it apart from other Italian restaurants and elevates their dishes to a whole new level.

As we settled into our seats, our waiter, David, took the time to introduce us to the unique dishes and share the history of Elisabetta’s. With over 400 wines to choose from, including an impressive selection available by the glass, the restaurant caters to wine enthusiasts. We started our meal with a delightful cocktail, the Hibiscus Margarita, which featured a two-week infusion of tequila and margarita from Cinque Terre, Italy. It was a perfect way to begin our culinary journey.

The appetizers were a revelation. The mozzarella cheese balls, featuring Fior Di Latte, Burrata, and Mozzarella Di Bufala, were a true delight. Each bite was filled with creamy goodness, and it was clear that the cheese was of exceptional quality. The prosciutto board showcased three different types of meats, each with its own distinct flavor and texture. It was a plate that highlighted the art of charcuterie and left us wanting more.

The margherita pizza, a suggested must-try, exceeded all expectations. The sauce was perfectly seasoned, and the crust was light and airy, making for a pizza experience that was far from ordinary. The flavors danced on our tongues, and it was clear that Elisabetta’s had mastered the art of pizza-making. We were simply blown away.

For the main course, we opted for the mouthwatering lamb chops. They were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with seasoning that enhanced the natural flavors of the meat. Each bite was a delight, and we savored every moment.

Though we were already quite full, we couldn’t resist trying the cheesecake for dessert. It was a decision we didn’t regret. The cheesecake was moist and light, a heavenly treat that rounded off our meal on a sweet note.

Beyond the exceptional food, the ambiance of Elisabetta’s was truly enchanting. The restaurant boasts a 300-seat, 10,000 square foot space with a multi-tiered patio overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. As construction continues, the patio will offer even more attractions, including a bocce ball court, a fireplace, an indoor/outdoor bar, a gelato cart, pizza oven and vintage gazebos.

Elisabetta’s also pays homage to its Italian roots with its interior design. From the salumi bar with cool Calacatta marble to the gold-tiled Neapolitan pizza ovens, every element contributes to the restaurant’s charm. The beamed wood ceiling and rustic brick walls further create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the pewter bar tops and custom bar stools add a touch of elegance.

Elisabetta’s is more than just a restaurant; it’s a destination for those seeking an exceptional dining experience. The commitment to crafting everything in-house, the attention to detail in both the food and the ambiance, and the knowledgeable and attentive staff all contribute to the restaurant’s success. Whether you’re a fan of Italian cuisine or simply looking for a memorable dining experience, Elisabetta’s is a place that will leave you satisfied and wanting to come back for more.

Louie Bossi’s Boca Is Back and Tastier Than Ever

A night of music, mozzarella, meatballs, and martinis marks the comeback of Boca’s favorite Italian spot.

November 4, 2025

Boca’s favorite Italian spot is back and better than ever. After closing in April because of a kitchen fire, Louie Bossi’s Ristorante Bar Pizzeria has officially reopened its doors, and Boca couldn’t be more excited.

The restaurant kicked things off with an invite-only cocktail preview on Sunday, November 2, and it was the perfect mix of community, flavor, and fun. Guests were welcomed with house-made favorites, signature cocktails, and a performer wearing a champagne dress made entirely of glasses filled with bubbly. A live DJ kept the crowd dancing and smiling all night, setting the tone for Louie Bossi’s big return.

Every table was a dream for anyone who loves Italian food. There was a charcuterie board piled high with meats, cheeses, and fresh focaccia, plus a mozzarella station where chefs stretched the cheese right in front of you. The plates kept coming with wood-fired pizza, creamy pasta, rich meatballs, and those truffle risotto balls everyone was talking about. To end the night, a cheerful chef went around filling fresh cannoli shells with sweet ricotta and powdered sugar.

What’s New and What’s Coming

Louie Bossi’s still has all the warmth and heart Boca locals love, but with a few new reasons to stop by. Guests can now enjoy two Happy Hour options: one from 4 to 7 p.m. daily and another from 9 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.

One of the newest additions is the Girl Dinner, which comes with an Arthur Ave Salad, truffle fries, and a martini for $30. I’m already obsessed and fully plan on making this a regular thing. It’s the perfect mix of light, indulgent, and a little bit fancy, everything Louie’s Lounge is about.

To celebrate the reopening, Louie Bossi’s is hosting a series of events throughout November that bring the community together:

  • Saturday, November 8: A family celebration honoring local firefighters, complete with pizza box decorating, firetruck photo ops, kids’ activities, and free treats.

  • Thursday, November 13: A Tip a Firefighter fundraiser, where local firefighters serve as bartenders and servers to raise money for the Boca Raton Firefighter Benevolent Fund.

  • Later in November: An Italian Mixology Class, where guests can learn to shake and stir signature cocktails in a fun, hands-on setting.

With its incredible food, lively atmosphere, and community-centered spirit, Louie Bossi’s return feels like a big Italian hug for Boca. The comeback is delicious, joyful, and exactly what we’ve been waiting for.
