Wings, Brews, and Cheers: A Flavorful Look Back at South Florida Wing Bash 2024.

The South Florida Wing Bash made a spectacular return for its sophomore year at South County Regional Park in Boca Raton, and it was an unforgettable evening! This 21+ event once again proved why it’s a must-attend for wing aficionados and party-goers alike. With a mouthwatering lineup of vendors, endless wings, refreshing beverages, live music and fun games, the event was an absolute triumph.

From the moment guests walked through the gates, they were drowning into the irresistible aroma of sizzling wings. The competition was fierce, with many beloved vendors making a comeback and new challengers stepping up. Highlights included SexzWings, renowned for their savory chicken wing lollipops and Windy City Pizza, with their wings roasted to perfection in garlic herbs, rosemary, and basil. Fresh new favorites emerged, such as Smokey Bones and Island Chef Café, which served up zesty Lemon Jerk Wings. Other standout competitors included Knockout Foods & Catering, TJ’s Southern Kitchen, Birria Bacana, Grillz on Wheelz, Allan’s Jerk Shack, 21 Flavass, Just For You (Soul Food), Original Fat Cats, Pepe’s, Boca Grill Haus, Flavor House Grill, and A Cutlet Above.

VIP ticketholders enjoyed a coveted hour of early access, allowing them to sample the finest wings and drinks ahead of the crowd. With unlimited local craft draft beer and liquor/cocktails included, VIP guests found that the extra cost was well worth it. Many appreciated the chance to sample nearly every vendor before General Admission attendees arrived, giving them ample time to relax and savor the evening’s festivities including music from Tru Phonic.

The return of the Game Area, sponsored by Red Line Mobile Axe Throwing, was a highlight, offering guests the opportunity to try their hand at axe throwing, cornhole and beer pong. This addition added an extra layer of fun shenanigans as family and friends engaged in playful competitions between wing tastings.

For those in need of a break from the savory wings, Dunkin’ Donuts served up coffee samples, while Dilly Donuts delighted guests with a few of their delicious donuts. Additional dessert vendors on hand contributed 15% of their proceeds to The Children’s Healing Institute.
