2024 Lexus Corporate Run Returns to Downtown Fort Lauderdale at Esplanade Park on March 20th.

January 8th, 2024

2024 race series to benefit United Way, long-time community partner.

TeamFootWorks, producers of the highly-anticipated Lexus Corporate Run series announced today that Fort Lauderdale run will return to the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale at Esplanade Park (located at 400 SW 2nd Street) for 2024. In its 26th year, the Fort Lauderdale race kicks off the tri-county race series on Wednesday, March 20. The series will once again continue in West Palm Beach on Wednesday, April 10, and conclude in Miami on Thursday, April 25.  The United Way (Broward County, Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade County) continues to be the annual race series’ charity partner with $1 per race participant being donated to each city’s organization, respectively.

“We are excited to bring the race back to Downtown Fort Lauderdale for 2024,” said Laurie Huseby, race director. “Our race location is central to staying connected to the heart of the community and providing a race day experience unlike any other. We are looking forward to welcoming race participants to Esplanade Park.”

The Lexus Corporate Run Series attracts participants from more than 1,200 South Florida companies and incorporates a special competition to award the overall male, female, and co-ed teams in 20 different industries. Since 1985, the Corporate Run has promoted running and walking as a means to a fit and healthy lifestyle, as well as a way to build camaraderie in the workplace.

The run is open to employees of businesses, corporations, government agencies, financial institutions, and nonprofits. Known as “Florida’s Largest Office Party,” everyone is encouraged to join their company team to walk or run as a group. Beginners can ease into exercise with friends and gain the inspiration and motivation to continue walking and running to improve overall health, while competitive runners have the opportunity to shine amongst their co-workers and lead the corporate team to victory. Often this is the first step towards greater health and wellness amongst South Florida employees and their companies.

Current sponsors of the 2024 Lexus Corporate Run include Lexus, Miami Regional University, Cleveland Clinic, Ascendo Resources, Demesmin & Dover, Miami-Dade County, and Wynwood Brewery. Media partners include CBS 4, The Miami Herald, iHeart Radio, Outfront Media and more.

Registration is now open for the 2024 race series. Registration is $55 per team member (minimum of 4 full-time employees are required to field a team).
