South Florida Fashion Designer, Jessyka Castillo, Releases New FFGAINS Women’s Athleisure Summer Collection to Celebrate Anniversary and Movement for Mental Wellness.

Miami fashion designer, Jessyka Castillo, is kicking off the start of Summer 2024 with the debut of a new FFGAINS women’s athleisure collection that is equally stylish and inclusive, offering sizes from X-Small to 3X-Large for the curvy girls– The new summer collection will officially be available for sale on ShopFFGains.com on Monday, June 17, 2024. 

Inspired by movement for mental health wellness, Castillo originally founded Fitness + Financial Gains™ in early 2022 in an effort to bring together like-minded individuals to move, exercise and network. Since then, the brand has grown into a full-fledged incubator with monthly social, fashion and philanthropic events as well as a supporting women’s fitness apparel brand called FFGAINS.

This new summer collection will feature a variety of functional and fitted women’s athleisure apparel looks including two-piece skirt sets (with built-in shorts), leggings, one-piece jumpsuits and short onesies,” all available in essential core colors— white, nude, brown, and black. A pop of yellow color was included in this summer collection in honor of celebrating summer outdoor sun and activities. 

Castillo designed this prominent Miami women’s athleisure collection to provide curvy women versatile and stylish workout sets that make it easy to transition from a daytime workout tennis session to a night out in Miami’s Design District. “Top features include a warm color palette to compliment all skin tones, four-way stretch, adjustable straps, functional pockets, inclusive sizing and trendy chic looks,” Castillo said.

Wearing many hats as one of Miami’s top fashionistas and entrepreneurs, Castillo has become one of the leading women and entrepreneurs in Miami’s bubbling fashion and tech hub. She’s a brand ambassador, influencer, professional host, published curvy runway model featured on Vogue.com and computer systems engineer in addition to being a thriving women’s fashion designer. “I’m grateful and proud to be celebrating two years of Fitness + Financial Gains™ events and now one year since the launch of the athleisure fashion line. We have received a lot of interest to expand the events to Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach County, so we are actively looking into spaces in the market to activate. I have even more events, programs and fashion collections ready for this Summer and Fall as well,” Castillo continued.

Based in tropical Miami, this beautiful Afro-Latina fashion designer is an advocate for daily movement and exercise supporting everyone’s overall mental health wellness. “MOVE, like your mental health depends on it.” Castillo says her ultimate goal for the FFGAINS community is “to be in the best physical and financial shape of our lives; together, in community.”

This new FFGAINS Summer collection will feature nine unique women’s athleisure looks that have been the best sellers from past FFGAINS collections. These popular, in-demand women’s apparel sets offer active women varied wardrobe pieces, offering a variety of workout sets in the classics: black, white, nude, and brown. 

The ultimate FFGAINS best seller from this past year has been the vibrant Miami Yellow Collection which in includes the Crossover Skirt Set and Legging Set, all of which will be available for sale with the brand’s first-ever retail partner– fitness studio MegaLit located at 3223 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33137. According to Castillo, limited quantities will be available in select sizes: “We’re excited to sell FFGAINS athleisure apparel in our first retail store– for this initial collaboration, we will be selling select sizes including small, medium and large at MegaLit. More retail expansions will be coming later this summer,” Castillo said.
