Good Vibes Roll In at Jelly Music & Art Festival

Riding a Slow-Building Wave of Rock-Reggae, Sing-Alongs and Sea-Breeze Energy at the Jelly Music & Art Festival in Lake Worth Beach.

January 24th, 2026

The Jelly Music & Art Festival rolled into Bryant Park in Lake Worth Beach on January 24th and delivered a full day of sun-kissed rock-reggae, coastal grooves and easygoing energy that felt tailor-made for South Florida. From gates opening at 2 p.m. through the 10:30 p.m. hard curfew, the festival moved at its own pace, letting the music breathe and the crowd settle into a smooth, shoreline rhythm.

Early sets from Radio Babylon, Give It Up and Spred the Dub laid down warm bass lines and relaxed beats that leaned more toward head-nod sway than full-on jump-around. It was mellow without being sleepy, the kind of sound that pairs perfectly with bare feet in the grass, cold drinks in hand and a light ocean breeze cutting through the park.

Jarv kept the flow rolling with a set that added personality and presence, setting things up nicely for Cas Haley, who performed solo. Stripped down and soulful, Haley’s performance fit the afternoon slot perfectly, grounded and intimate while still carrying across the open park.

As the sun began to dip, Logan Rex brought a bit more lift to the crowd with new music, a few familiar moments, and a heartfelt tribute to Kastro. Bringing Jarv back onstage added to the communal feel of the festival and reinforced how connected the lineup felt from start to finish.

By the time Ballyhoo! hit the stage, the crowd was fully locked in. Their cover of blink-182’s “Dammit” landed with a breezy, upbeat twist that still kept the song’s punch intact. However, once “Dark Sunglasses,” “Walk Away” and “I’ll Be Fine” kicked in, the park turned into one big sing-along. It was classic Ballyhoo! energy, bright hooks, big smiles and that unmistakable reggae-rock bounce that pulls even first-timers into the moment.

Closing out the night, Bret Bollinger of Pepper brought the same playful, crowd-first energy fans know from full Pepper shows. Songs like “Warning,” which was recorded with Stick Figure,  “All That Is Missing” and “Bring Me Along” hit with ease and confidence, while “Tequila Battle Royale,” played live for the first time and recorded with Passafire, became an instant standout. Bollinger pouring tequila for fans at the rail only added to the fun.

There was no shortage of banter, smiles, and interaction throughout the set. Bollinger repeatedly jumped down to crowd level, keeping things loose and personal. Bringing up Ballyhoo!’s singer Howie Spangler for a collaboration on “Your Face” was a highlight, and an unreleased song had the audience singing along far quicker than expected. “Not Giving Up on Love” and “Ashes” turned the crowd into part of the performance before the night wrapped with “Give It Up.”

Beyond the music, the atmosphere was pure coastal comfort. Beachy visuals rolled behind the bands, kids danced freely near the stage with bubbles floating through the air, and the crowd was a true mix of ages and backgrounds. The vibe stayed relaxed, friendly, and unmistakably surf-side. Even the occasional herbal aroma drifting through the park felt more like part of the soundtrack than a distraction.

The Jelly Music & Art Festival didn’t chase volume or chaos. Instead, it leaned into flow, groove, and community. It was a day built on solid beats, playful covers, and sun-washed rock-reggae that felt right at home by the water.
