Boca Strawberry Festival Returned with Sweet Family Fun at Mizner Park Amphitheater.

The much-anticipated Boca Strawberry Festival returned for its second year at Mizner Park Amphitheater, promising two days packed with kid-friendly activities, family fun, delicious food, and artisan shopping. Organized by the renowned mother and daughter team, Artisan Promotions, known for their success with the New England Christmas Festival, the festival was created to bring South Florida together for a mid-winter celebration of the beloved strawberry.

Skyler Mendieta, Co-Founder of the Boca Strawberry Festival, expressed her excitement, saying, “Our goal was to create an event that has something for everyone…from babies to empty nesters. A festival that is entertaining, taste bud satisfying, adrenaline-inducing…and the whole event centers around strawberries. You name it, we have it!”

The weekend-long festival boasted an impressive lineup of activities for attendees of all ages. Festival-goers indulged in strawberry treats, enjoyed live entertainment, explored artisan shopping, and savored delicious food from local vendors. The America’s Got Talent Stunt Dog Show, a crowd favorite, returned by popular demand. Magic shows, live music, and the delightful “Strummies” (strawberry goodies) also keep the audience entertained throughout the event.

Thrill-seekers also were able to experience adrenaline-inducing rides, slides, bumper boats, and bungee trampolines. Families created strawberry-scented magic at the Magic Candle Making Tent, with proceeds benefiting the IDDeal Foundation. The festival also featured a petting zoo, pony rides, and a fenced-in Strawberry Soft Play Area for the little ones. Attendees interacted with Silly Sammy the Strawberry, the festival’s mascot, and captured memorable moments.

Jackie Ralston, Co-Founder of Artisan Promotions Inc., highlighted the significance of celebrating South Florida’s winter strawberry production. “Florida is the #1 winter strawberry producer, and we wanted to celebrate the wonderful weather we have here in South Florida in January with the Boca Strawberry Festival.”

Artisan Promotions, recognized as a Top 100 show promoter in the US for four decades, brought their attention to detail, marketing expertise, and organizational skills to ensure a spectacular event. The festival is produced in collaboration with the City of Boca Raton, securing the prime location of Mizner Park Amphitheater.
