Lana Del Rey graced West Palm Beach with her presence on the stage of the iThink Amphitheater. The atmosphere crackled with palpable anticipation and energy, creating a sensation that could be felt throughout the crowd. Her setlist consisted of songs from her brand-new album Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, along with her other hit songs and beloved classics.
Fans patiently sat in their seats and waited for the show to begin. In the meantime, singer Zella Day performed a few of her songs. If you didn’t know her before Saturday night, you definitely looked her up after the show. Her voice and stage presence were both remarkable. Her songs and style perfectly matched the energy of the show to come.

As the moment everyone had been eagerly waiting for finally arrived, Lana Del Rey made her way to the stage in her brown cowboy boots and flowy white dress. The crowd erupted in screams of adoration as she sang the first song of the evening, “Norman F***ing Rockwell.” With every song that she sang, Lana Del Rey’s voice cast a spell over the mesmerized audience. The love and excitement continued to be felt as she sang “A&W,” and “The Grants,” off her most recent album.
There was never a dip in energy as the night continued, and how could there be between her backup singers, the sets and her dancers? From her overall band, I was expecting a simple and relaxed show, but I guess I shouldn’t have assumed. Her backup singers’ voices blended perfectly with her own to seamlessly perform songs such as “Arcadia,” “Bartender,” “Chemtrails Over the Country Club,” “Cherry,” and “Pretty When You Cry.” Each song was sung with such emotion and passion that it was impossible to take your eyes off the stage for even a second.

The stage design for Lana Del Rey’s performance was a dreamscape. From the elegant vanities that sat on the side of the stage to the insane lighting, every detail was carefully crafted to create the perfect visual experience. However, it was the flower-clad swings that excited audience members the most. As the opening notes to “Ride” filled the air, dancers gracefully swung above the audience on the swings.
Throughout the entirety of the show, these talented dancers continued to captivate the audience. Each movement added a layer to the story-telling element of the music. With each step, with each leap, life was breathed into songs like “Blue Jeans,” “Ultraviolence,” “Born to Die,” “Diet Mountain Dew” and one of her most popular, “Young and Beautiful.”

As the show drew to a close, Lana Del Rey had three songs left. She started off with her chart-topper “Summertime Sadness,” as an entourage of dancers surrounded her, casting light upon her face with tanning reflectors. Lana Del Rey then sat herself on a swing center stage and began to sing “Video Games.” Her beautiful voice and the calming view of her swinging over the audience made the moment feel sweet and intimate. The grand finale finally arrived with her title track “Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd.” Knowing it was her last song of the night, fans cherished the moment and sang back to her as loud as they could, some with tears in their eyes and some with smiles on their faces. Phone flashlights swayed back and forth, which lit up the lawn as she sang the last few notes and exited the stage.
The entire show was a wonderful experience that had me feeling like I was in a dream. Each song that was sung was nothing short of magical, a testament to Lana Del Rey’s enduring talent and the connection she shares with her devoted fans.
