Upscale restaurant will open at the new resort that is fast becoming a leading culinary destination in the Florida Keys

Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Tribute Portfolio Resort in the Florida Keys, announces Kindler, its signature restaurant, will open this month. Islamorada’s newest restaurant will feature a show-stopping open hearth in the dining room for live fire cooking, along with a menu of creative land and sea delights. Guests and locals are encouraged to bring their prized catches from the day and have the restaurant’s culinary masters prepare them for the table. This opening comes on the heels of the resort’s October 2024 debut.

The extensive menu at Kindler features Coastal New American dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Seafood lovers will marvel at the Wood-Grilled Seafood Tower featuring a selection of grilled and dressed oysters, whole shrimp, octopus in caper butter, and herb grilled lobster. Diners can indulge in signature items such as Coal Roasted Oysters and Furikake Monkey Bread, and standout entrees including Grouper a la Plancha with chimichurri and Piri Piri Chicken with charred knob onions and jus. An experience that should not be missed is the Bonfire for Two where guests can choose from Dry Aged Fish Three Ways or Dry-aged Cowboy Ribeye with buried potatoes and chef’s sides. The experience will be available shortly after opening. Of course, a visit to the Keys is not complete without indulging in Key Lime Pie. The restaurant has a fresh take on the famous dessert, offering a key lime bar featuring a graham cracker crust and amarena cherry compote.
