South Beach Wine and Food Festival Crowns four new champions at the 21st annual Burger Bash.

Friday night belonged to the burgers at the SOBEWFF. Burger Bash featured two full sessions of food and entertainment. The burgers were hot and the drinks were endless. A live band as well as a DJ kept everyone entertained along with celebs popping in and out. With dozens of chefs from all over the nation and a star-studded group of judges, everyone left with a full belly (helped by 30 burger options) and memories to last a lifetime.

The usual host of the event, Rachel Ray, was unable to attend due to a close Covid-19 contact. Filling in for her was Chef Guy Fieri to complement Chef Jose Andres. The hosts did not disappoint as they hyped the crowd as well as changed the lives of a few lucky winners. The lineup of judges of the burger contest was a doozie as well as it featured Dwayne Wade, Rev Run, Al Roker, Ahmad Alzahab and Brian Kelly.

The giant tent was lined with dozens of restaurants from all over the nation competing for two sessions of best burgers voted on by the judges as well as the fans. The center side of the tent featured bars, DJ’s and a VIP lounge where you could mingle with the celebrity judges.

Each award came with a trophy and a monetary prize. His year each session had local winners. The first session winners were R Catering and Events (judges choice) and La Birra Bar (people’s choice). Session two saw ViceBurger (judges choice) and Motek Cafe (people’s choice).
