Ultra Music Festival will celebrate its 25th anniversary from Friday, March 28 – Sunday, March 30, 2025, at its longtime home of Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami.

Last March, Ultra Music Festival concluded its sold-out, 24th edition at the iconic Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami. Headlined by dance music superstars such as Calvin Harris, Eric Prydz, Peggy Gou, Hardwell, Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren (with surprise guest Jon Bon Jovi), RL Grime x Knock2, Amelie Lens, and many more, Ultra Music Festival 2024 welcomed 165,000 attendees from over 100 countries to revel in the festival’s signature showcase of top-tier talent, unparalleled production, and cutting-edge technology.

Ahead of the festival’s forthcoming 25th anniversary celebration, which will take place from Friday, March 28 – Sunday, March 30, 2025, fans can relive the magic of Ultra Music Festival 2024 with the release of the official aftermovie: ‘Ultra Miami 2024: Music Is The Answer’.

Produced by UMF Films and FINAL KID FILMS, ‘Music Is The Answer’ is a groundbreaking cinematic journey directed by FINAL KID FILMS’ founder Charly Friedrichs. 

Filmed on RED digital cinema cameras paired with anamorphic lenses to create a strikingly lifelike, immersive viewing experience, ‘Music Is The Answer’ kicks off with breathtaking views of Miami, interspaced with shots of exhilarated fans flocking to Bayfront Park. Throughout this mesmeric montage, the film presents a collection of heartfelt testimonials from fans and artists alike – each describing the monumental impact Ultra has had on their lives, and explaining why returning to the festival year after year has become a beloved, ritualistic homecoming.

Capturing both the performers’ palpable energy and Ultranauts’ electrifying verve, “Music Is The Answer” amalgamates the festival’s dynamic offerings to encapsulate exactly what makes Ultra so special – vaunting ravishing displays of the Miami skyline, epic shots of Ultra’s state-of-the-art stage productions, and galvanizing footage of high-octane performances from acts like David Guetta, Oliver Heldens, Nora En Pure, Afrojack, Steve Aoki, KSHMR, Gryffin, Dimension, and many more.

The aftermovie’s expertly-curated soundtrack elevates ‘Music Is The Answer’ into an emotive, audiovisual masterclass, seamlessly blending rapturous dance music records alongside swelling symphonic instrumentation. The soundtrack features six stellar compositions from UK-based beatmaker Aaron Hibell, among which are four brand new records that Hibell produced specifically for ‘Music Is The Answer.’ These bespoke productions include Hibell and Friedrichs’ collaborative orchestral rework of Joe Goddard’s timeless anthem “Music Is The Answer,” Hibell’s collaboration with Alex Wann titled “Set Me Free,” and two unreleased Hibell originals – “Another Dimension” and “You Look Lonely vs Another Dimension (Dubstep Edit).”

Since unleashing the first official Ultra aftermovie back in 2010, the festival has garnered a well-deserved reputation for releasing some of the industry’s innovative and boundary-breaking recap videos. At nearly 17 minutes long, ‘Music Is The Answer’ envelops viewers into the heart and soul of Ultra Music Festival, while lavishly celebrating music as the universal language that interconnects us all.
