Andre Agassi, Steffi Graf, John McEnroe & Maria Sharapova compete for $1M purse in electrifying Pickleball Slam 2 in front of global TV audience on ESPN and a packed house at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

On Sunday, tennis legends Andre Agassi, Steffi Graf, John McEnroe, and Maria Sharapova competed for a $1M purse in the Pickleball Slam 2, the premier showcase of the fastest growing sport in America. The event was broadcast live in front of an energetic, packed house at Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL in Primetime on ESPN. The event saw Team Agassi and Graf emerge victorious, taking home the biggest single event prize in pickleball history.

In the electric main event, Agassi/Graf defeated McEnroe/Sharapova (11-7); (13-11).

Also participating in Slam 2 as players/coaches were tennis professionals who have turned their attention to pickleball: Jack Sock (a professional pickleball player) and James Blake (co-owner, Major League Pickleball’s Milwaukee Mashers). Sock was part of Team Agassi/Graf while Blake joined Team McEnroe/Sharapova.

To open the competition, Agassi/Sock defeated McEnroe/Blake (11-7); (9-11); (11-8). In the second match, Graf/Sock topped Sharapova/Blake (9-11); (11-8); (17-15).
