A Study in Short Rib will delight the senses on Saturday, April 18 at 7 p.m. The four-course menu features a short rib croquette with crispy braised short rib, a micro-herb salad, citrus salt and lime-garlic aioli; a short rib agnolotti cooked with pho broth essence, crispy shallots, charred onions, scallions and lime oil; potato gnocchi with short rib estofado, red wine and tomato reduction, roasted garlic, parmesan and charred scallions; and caramel flan for dessert.
Butter, Bone, and Spice brings an evening of bold flavors and culinary creativity to the table on Saturday, May 2 at 7 p.m. This four-course culinary adventure starts with sweet chili glazed shrimp skewers with fresh pink Key West shrimp, sweet chili glaze and Thai basil; roasted carrot-ginger soup made with nutty brown butter and pumpkin seed gremolata; rosemary charred beef osso buco featuring slow-braised beef shank, roasted bone marrow and truffled polenta; ending with chocolate molten cake.
