Allie Colleen Rides Back in the Saddle with Outlaw Country Anthem
Allie Colleen Returns to the Field of Dreamz Crossroads Music Festival Ready to Showcase Her Unique Blend of Western and Pop Sounds.
October 23rd, 2025
Allie Colleen, known for her brand of Outlaw Country, is rapidly becoming a staple in the modern Western scene. She has carved out a sound that is unmistakably her own and unafraid to push beyond traditional Country tropes. That willingness to stretch creatively, paired with an instinct for lyrical vulnerability and vivid storytelling, has built a strong connection between Colleen and her listeners.

Written by Allie Colleen, Lane Rose, and Dom Martinez, “Back in the Saddle” is an unapologetic anthem that marks a new chapter with Colleen clearly in control. Martinez not only contributed to the writing but also produced the track, shaping it with a sound that makes it hard not to dance.
“‘Back in the Saddle’ was about maybe wanting to date again but I wanted to keep it Western. To get to partner that with what Dom does in production was really cool for us,” Colleen shares.
She explains that the song has opened unexpected conversations with younger fans.
“I have had a lot of young kids ask me about the analogies in ‘Back in the Saddle.’ I did not expect it to open such a cool world of horse conversations with them. The ‘16 hand devil’ line always starts a conversation. They say, ‘What is that You are not a devil person’ and I explain that horses are measured in hands. A 16-hand devil is basically a six-foot two bad boy. It has been a fun bridge between the Western world and the Pop world already with this one which is exactly what we wanted.”
Colleen returns to the Field of Dreamz Crossroads Music Festival on November 15 in Port Charlotte, Florida. The two-day event celebrates both Country and Rock and Roll and she will share the stage with Gavin Adcock, Hippies and Cowboys, Josie Dalvitti and more.

2025 has been a standout year for Colleen, including performances on the Country Cruising Cruise, a special guest appearance on iHeartMedia’s BobbyCast with Bobby Bones, National Spotlight Artist of the Week on iHeartMedia Women of Country for “Grass On The Grave,” Featured Artist at Live In The Vineyard Goes Country in Napa with Linda Perry, and a showcase songwriter at the 2025 BMI Songwriter Festival in Key West. Her 2025 tour included 76 national headline performances at festivals, private events, and special appearances, following 52 national headline performances in 2024, including 24 dates with Lee Brice on his Me and My Guitar Tour and Jelly Roll on his Beautifully Broken Tour.
After accumulating 11.9 million total streams across various platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music, she has been named an “Artist to Watch” by People Country, Holler, Wide Open Country, Nashville Music Guide, Country Evolution and more. Allie has also been highlighted as Artist of the Week on Bobby Bones’ Top 30 Countdown, featured on Apple Music Country’s Best New Songs
Looking ahead, she mentioned plans to revisit Florida, Louisiana, Texas and Tulsa with plenty for fans to anticipate going into 2026.
