South Florida is Where The Party’s At
Bling, Beats, and a Wall of Sound: Nelly, Ja Rule and Chingy Show West Palm Beach Exactly Where the Party At.
September 9th, 2025
West Palm Beach’s iThink Financial Amphitheater was Hot in Herre and ready to “Shake Ya Tail Feather” as the Where the Party At Tour brought together Nelly, Ja Rule and Chingy for a night that had everyone Livin’ It Up. Humidity? Check. Bling? On full alert. Crowd energy? Off the charts.
As if shot out of a cannon, Chingy worked the stage like a rabbit on speed, proving that Right Thurr, the party was officially started. His rapid-fire stage presence had everybody dancing.
Next, Ja Rule literally rolled out of bed seemingly from a Mesmerize-inducing dream, hitting fans with anthem after anthem. “Between Me and You” the dude doesn’t look like he has aged a day since he first rocked the airwaves. The 49-year-old rap star even made sure to show off his 6-pack abs as he got dressed on stage for his performance. From “Down Ass Bitch” to “Always on Time,” he reminded everyone that solid classics never fade and the crowd happily obliged, singing and waving along like a perfectly choreographed music video.
Then it was time for Nelly, who turned the amphitheater into a full-blown Country Grammar (Hot Shit) celebration. His set was a masterclass in keeping a party on its toes from brining on The St. Lunatics, to sampling Juvenile’s “Back That Ass Up” to his avalanche of hits including “N Dey Say,” “Batter Up,” “E.I.” and of course just a Lil’ Bit of country with staples like “Over and Over and “Cruise.”” Sensual dancers, surprise guest J-Kwon (his nephew) on “Tipsy,” and flawless sampling of his own hits made it clear: whether you were feeling hip-hop or a little country, the music hit with one banger to the next.
Also, the DJ killed it by pumping out a body-boppin’ river of mixed hits, reminding everyone that this concert was a Pimp Juice-fueled, Can I Get A…-worthy dance night out.
By the end of it, one thing was certain: wherever the music went, everyone knew exactly Where the Party At. It was a full-on trip down memory lane, delivered with swagger, energy and enough nostalgia to make anyone turn Just a Dream into a reality.
