Mindspace Wynwood Welcomes Casa Atelier Residency, Bringing Global Art Into Its Creative Workspace.

Mindspace Wynwood has further enriched its creative environment with the launch of a new rotating art residency in partnership with international arts organization Casa Atelier. On view through December 6, the current residency transforms the boutique coworking space into a dynamic cultural hub, presenting works by three global artists.

Mindspace is a global flexible workspace provider that redefines the workplace experience for companies of all sizes in more than 40 locations worldwide. The Mindspace offering consists of a wide array of services and solutions, ranging from shared spaces and private offices to on-demand meeting rooms and beautiful customizable event spaces.
Featured in the current residency is Brazilian photographer Gabriel Wickbold, one of the country’s most influential contemporary artists. Known for his striking explorations of identity, technology, and the human spirit, Wickbold has exhibited internationally in São Paulo, New York, Stockholm, Lisbon, London, and Miami, with works held in major museum collections. On view at Mindspace Wynwood are selected pieces from his acclaimed series “I Am Light – You Are Light” and “I Am Online.”

Also showcased is Charles Lessa, Casa Atelier’s current artist-in-residence. Based in Crato CE, Brazil, Lessa creates figurative works that blend imagination and reality, bringing to life characters he describes as “convulsively beautiful and mockers.” His expressive, narrative-driven style has earned him a nomination for Brazil’s prestigious PIPA Award.
Rounding out the residency is New York–born Hal Trager, a patron of Casa Atelier, whose work is deeply informed by his unique visual perception. After losing most of the vision in one eye at a young age, Trager developed a dimensional way of seeing the world that now shapes his immersive Op Art. Working primarily with plastic matte film, he creates pieces that challenge viewers to consider depth, structure, and the boundaries of visual experience.

Casa Atelier, which operates residencies in Brazil, New York, and Miami, shares that commitment to fostering collaboration and connection. Casa Atelier’s main concept is an artist residence that connects artists from around the globe to new opportunities and people creating a supportive academic and professional community. Luli Fama will bring the world of Paradise Found to life on Thursday, August 20 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at its newest boutique at Dadeland Mall in Miami.
The intimate celebration will bring together invited guests, influencers, celebrities and media for an early look at Cruise ’27.
Luli Fama is also dressing invited guests in pieces from the brand, allowing the new collection to be experienced the way it was designed to be worn: in motion, styled and out for the evening.
Luli After Hours Espresso Martini Bar
Fashion is only part of the experience.
For the Paradise Found celebration, Luli Fama is introducing Luli After Hours, an Espresso Martini Bar inspired by the glamour of the collection.
Guests will be able to sip three specialty espresso martinis created for the evening.
The Luli Babe puts a polished spin on the classic espresso martini, while Golden Hour pairs salted caramel with edible gold shimmer. Miami After Dark takes a richer approach with chocolate hazelnut and a cocoa dust finish.
Along with cocktails, guests can expect light bites, curated details and a special personalized surprise.
The result feels less like a traditional retail event and more like checking into a private resort for the evening.
