The popular Wine-Tasting & Small Plate Soiree returns on Saturday, November 30, 2024, with the Winter Wine Tasting event, featuring a curated selection of exceptional wines and expertly paired small plates.

The event will kick off at 1:00 PM, offering guests the chance to indulge in seven unique wines, selected by head bartender Oscar Garcia and general manager Eduardo Pagan. This global wine tour will include both red and white wines, each carefully chosen to complement a series of specially crafted off-menu bites prepared by Executive Chef Jeff Tunks.

White Wines

• First Course: Campo Cava Brut, Spain – paired with New Orleans-Style Shrimp Remoulade
• Second Course: Jermann Pinot Grigio, Friuli, Italy – paired with Crab & Heirloom Cherry Tomato Bruschetta
• Third Course: Château de Sancerre, Loire Valley, France – paired with Deviled Egg with Smoked Mahi
• Fourth Course: Cakebread Chardonnay, Napa Valley, California – paired with Tuna Crudo with Chili, Orange & Ponzu

Red Wines

• Fifth Course: Truchard Pinot Noir, Carneros, Napa – paired with Charcuterie & Cheese Board
• Sixth Course: Fontana Freda Barolo, Piedmont, Italy – paired with Fresh Baked Cookies
• Seventh Course: Le Volte Dell’ Ornellaia – paired with Mini Lemon Meringue Tarts

The Winter Wine Tasting event is priced at $50 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, and promises a delightful experience for guests with a passion for fine wine, culinary excellence, and great company. Attendees will also have the chance to win an exclusive giveaway during the event.
