Husband-and-wife franchise owners debut state-of-the-art pizza oven that will serve a mouthwatering slice of Italy to the community.

Cannoli Kitchen Pizza®, the growing pizzeria brand known for fresh Italian favorites made with authentic recipes, will open a revamped Fort Lauderdale location at 3200 North Federal Highway in the Coral Ridge Mall on Monday, Aug. 26. The 1,200-square-foot restaurant is operated by franchise owners Carla Jackson and her husband Andre Jackson, who are excited to serve guests Italian specialties.

Cannoli Kitchen Pizza serves a full menu of tempting dishes, from pizza and pasta to wings, salads and subs, plus luscious desserts like tiramisu, cheesecake and, of course, cannoli. All selections are prepared on the premises with top-quality ingredients, including the freshest vegetables and the finest meats and cheeses. All sauces are made from vine-ripened tomatoes infused with fresh herbs and spices to create memorable and authentic flavors.

“I enjoy working with people and I love food, so I’m thrilled to own a business that combines my favorite things,” said Andre Jackson, who brings strong customer relations skills to the restaurant after many years as a social services professional. “We’re excited to have the opportunity to share Cannoli Kitchen Pizza’s convenient, quality Italian food in the area.”

The Italian restaurant serves a variety of signature hot and crispy pizzas from its new state-of-the-art Dragon oven. The high-productivity refractory stone static conveyor oven uses special technology and sensors to guarantee the perfect cooking temperature and bring traditional Italian style while meeting the needs of today’s customers who want delicious pizza fast.

The restaurant also offers a Build-Your-Own option so guests can choose from a variety of high-quality ingredients, like ham, meatballs, sausage, spinach, anchovies, artichokes and more, to craft a custom pizza that satisfies their cravings.

The eatery specializes in Strombolis and Calzones, as well as zesty pastas, like Penne Alla Vodka, Fettucine Alfredo and Spaghetti Bolognese. Hot and cold subs are also available with options ranging from warm Parmigiana subs to cold subs complete with delicious deli meats, freshly cut mozzarella and more.

As a convenient way to feed a crowd, Cannoli Kitchen Pizza serves Family Bundles at special price points that make it easy to gather and enjoy high-quality Italian food.

Cannoli Kitchen Pizza Fort Lauderdale will seat 10 guests in the dining room and 12 on its patio.
