Downtown Doral, a 250-acre mixed-use community developed by Codina Partners, today announced the addition of Negroni Sushi Bar & Bistro as its newest anchor dining establishment. Opening by the end of the year, this site will mark Negroni’s first location in Doral and third restaurant in South Florida.

The lively restaurant known for its international fusion comfort food and elegant cocktails will occupy a 6,040-square-foot space, centrally located at the landmark entrance of Downtown Doral. This new location will mainly focus on Negroni’s celebrated sushi concept, promising an innovative twist on its diverse menu.

Originating in Latin America with locations in Weston and Midtown Miami, Negroni has built a following in South Florida for its exceptional culinary offerings and vibrant ambiance. The space will open its doors at noon every day, providing a fresh and friendly meeting spot. Open until midnight Monday-Wednesday and until 1 a.m. Thursday-Sunday, Negroni will offer late-night dining and drinks in a warm and candle-lit atmosphere.
